LA PLATA INVESTMENTS, LLC ANNOUNCES LAST CLOSING IN BRIARGATE
Colorado Springs, CO (September 12, 2005) --- La Plata Investments, LLC, is pleased to recognize the last home closing in Briargate, a master-planned community they began over two decades ago. The closing is in the Sagewood neighborhood, designed and built by Classic Companies. According to Karin Stein, Community Manager with Classic Homes, the closing took place on Tuesday, September 7 and new owners; Dina and Phil Beckman were officially welcomed to the neighborhood by Classic Homes and La Plata Investments, LLC.
The couple has lived and worked in the Briargate community for some time. “We chose our new home in Briargate for the views of Pikes Peak and proximity to the community amenities like the Briargate YMCA.”
